Hop Barn

A characterful, adaptable space for 10–100 delegates, with hops-clad beams and plenty of natural light striking a comfortable balance between professional and relaxed. French doors open onto a waterside terrace and garden, with a connecting lounge for breakouts. For evening celebrations, it adjoins the estate's 16th-century private pub.

Spring Barn

An inspiring space with an intricate oak frame, lofty ceilings and estuary views. No vertical columns mean uninterrupted sightlines for groups of 60–350. An in-room bar, lounge and dance floor perfectly suit evening events, while the festoon-lit courtyard and waterside terrace are ideal for networking and drinks receptions.

The Farmhouse Cottage

A unique, accessible live-in retreat for up to 17, with an open-plan ground floor for work and collaboration by day, and 8 ensuite bedrooms - arrangeable as doubles or twins - to retreat to at night. Catering ranges from self-catering to full estate dining, while a shared games room, BBQ fire pits and country views make it easy to switch off when work is done.

A relaxed, comfortable space for small meetings of up to five people, or a breakout room for larger events. Stylish and welcoming, it helps your team focus and get things done without the formality of a traditional meeting room. Perfect for businesses seeking a meeting space without a permanent office, it's available by the hour or the full day.

The Board Room

Seat up to eight in an elegant space for formal meetings, presentations and strategy sessions. Equipped with a wall-mounted screen and wireless connectivity, the boardroom has an adjoining kitchenette and toilet. Available for flexible bookings by the hour or full day, it's a refined setting that keeps things professional without feeling corporate.
