Hop Barn

The Hop Barn is a characterful and adaptable space for corporate events of 10–100 delegates. Hops-clad oak beams and plenty of natural light create a comfortable balance between professional and relaxed - a room that puts people at ease and helps them do their best thinking. Multiple table layouts and seating arrangements are available, and our events team will efficiently organise your ideal set-up. French doors open onto a waterside terrace and garden, with a connecting lounge that works perfectly as a breakout area. For corporate parties and evening celebrations, the Hop Barn adjoins The Ferry House, the estate's own 16th-century private pub.

Spring Barn

Spring Barn is a striking and inspiring space for larger corporate events. An intricate oak frame meets cathedral-height ceilings, with large windows framing panoramic estuary and orchard views. With no vertical columns, every delegate has an uninterrupted a room that certainly leaves an impression. Whether you're hosting a conference, gala dinner or corporate celebration, Spring Barn accommodates groups of 60–350 with flexible layouts to suit. An in-room bar, lounge and dance floor are available for evening events, while the festoon-lit courtyard with feature fireplace and a waterside terrace are ideal for networking, drinks receptions and breaks in the fresh air.

The Farmhouse Cottage

For smaller teams who want to really get away from it all, The Farmhouse offers a unique live-in retreat experience for up to 17 delegates. A spacious open-plan ground floor gives the team room to work and collaborate together, while eight ensuite bedrooms - arrangeable as doubles or twins - mean everyone has space to retreat to at the end of the day. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, alongside an accessible wet room, while a large private garden looks out over open countryside. Flexible catering is available, from self-catering to full dining at the estate. And when the work is done, the shared games room, BBQ fire pits and open countryside make it very easy to switch off and unwind in the beauty and tranquillity of Harty.

The Meeting Room

A relaxed and comfortable space for smaller meetings of up to five people, or a useful breakout room for larger events. Stylish and welcoming, it helps your team focus and get things done without the formality of a traditional meeting room. Perfect for businesses seeking a dedicated meeting space without a permanent office, it's available by the hour or the full day.

The Board Room

The Boardroom seats up to eight around a striking handmade wooden table — an elegant and functional space for formal meetings, presentations and strategy sessions. Equipped with a wall-mounted screen and wireless connectivity, it comes with an adjoining kitchenette and toilet for added convenience. Available for flexible bookings by the hour or full day, it is a refined setting that keeps things professional without feeling corporate.
