Our estate provides versatile spaces for film, TV, photography, and commercial shoots, including a 16th-century private pub, rustic and elegant event barns, country cottages, sweeping estuary wetlands, and the open fields of our working family farm.

Accommodation For Cast & Crew

The Harty Estate is a practical choice for productions looking to house cast and crew close to the action, with 34 rooms across 11 guest rooms & 5 self catering cottages.

• 11 luxurious bed & breakfast guest rooms sleep either 11 in single occupancy rooms, or 22 if sharing double beds.
• 23 further bedrooms are available across five cottages (22 rooms configurable as singles or doubles, plus 1 fixed double)
• Additional double sofa beds are available at selected cottages on request.
• Accessible rooms & ensuite wet rooms are available in select guest rooms & cottages.
• Opt for self catering from our cottages, or enjoy catering options & our award-winning breakfast.

Dining & Catering

Fuel your cast and crew with exceptional food. At The Harty Estate, dining is a cut above the usual catering, with homegrown produce from our Kitchen Garden, beef from our family farm and produce from the wider estate.

Choose from seated dining, grazing table buffets, or perhaps a Kentish hog roast. Keep everyone energised with power snacks, or start the day with our ‘Harty’ Kent breakfast.
