At The Harty Estate, our accommodation is part of what makes being here feel complete, whether you’re here for a wedding, a celebration, a corporate retreat, or a leisurely stay.

Accommodation here comes in two forms – the cottages at Mocketts Farm and our estate guest rooms. Together they sleep up to 75 in beautiful, characterful surroundings – the kind of capacity you’d usually only find in a hotel, in a setting that couldn’t feel more different from one.

Most stays are connected to weddings and events, keeping guests together, extending the celebration and giving everyone the freedom to fully relax into being here.

The cottages are also available for leisure stays throughout the year, while guest rooms can be booked by the public only on select pop-up dining occasions.

Wherever you stay, you’re part of the estate’s relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

Mocketts Farm Cottages

Tucked away at Mocketts Farm, a short five minute walk from the main estate, our five self-catering cottages feel like a world within a world. Cosy, characterful converted farm buildings arranged around a duck pond, with country views stretching out beyond the gardens.

Homely interiors, sociable living spaces, a shared games room and BBQ fire pits – everything you need to settle in and make yourself at home. All cottages are dog friendly (your pooch will love the dog exercise field), accessible options are available, and if you’d rather leave the cooking to us, catering options are available from The Harty Estate kitchen.

Bookable individually or together, sleeping anywhere from 4 to 53 guests.

Our eleven ensuite guest rooms are divided across two beautiful parts of the estate. Five Waterside Rooms are set above The Ferry House private pub, four of which look out across the estuary. A further six large and luxurious rooms are found in The Coach House, with super king beds, luxe ensuites and estate-themed styling.

All rooms offer plush interiors, Noble Isle toiletries and Nespresso coffee machines – proper retreats within the heart of the estate.

Most room stays are part of the weddings, celebrations and corporate events held here. On select pop-up dining occasions, rooms can also be booked independently – a lovely way to make a dining visit to the estate into something more. Some rooms are dog friendly.
