A stunning, contemporary oak-framed barn with a soaring ceiling, large in-room bar, lounge and dance floor - and a big red disco button in the loos that someone in your group will inevitably find! Or get the cocktails in and spill out into the night, around the festoon-lit courtyard and its large brick fireplace. Seating 40 to 260 for a festive dinner, or up to 350 for grazing-style dining and dancing into the night.
A rustic and twinkling barn, with fairy lights and Kentish hops overhead. The Hop Barn seats up to 70 for a festive three-course feast, and for larger groups of up to 130 it opens into the estate's own 16th-century private pub - delicious grazing-style dining, fires burning and proper Kent charm in every corner.
