Steps from the kitchen, our estate garden grows the fresh seasonal produce, herbs and botanicals that always find their way into our creative corporate dining menus.

Field to Fork

From the family farm to your fork - grass-grazed beef, wild estate game, quality local meat and fish, and foraged ingredients picked from the hedgerows that border the estate. Fresh, traceable and delcious.

Grain To Glass

Three types of grain grown, harvested and handed to the nearby Copper Rivet Distillery to be transformed into artisan gins, vodka and whisky. A full circle story that starts in our fields and ends in your glass.

Seated Dining

Two or three courses of creative, seasonal cooking by our award-winning chefs - generous, beautifully presented and a genuine highlight of any corporate event. All dietary requirements are catered for, and for those who want to push the boat out, additional courses are available to turn a great dinner into a proper gala occasion.

Grazing Table

A generous, beautifully presented spread that lets the team eat, drink and connect at their own pace. Cheeseboards, meat platters, fresh fruit, chutneys, filled rolls and savoury plates - perfect for a relaxed grazing lunch that keeps the conversation going and the energy up.

Kentish Hog Roast

A proper Kentish hog roast, crackling and all. Slow-cooked to perfection by our chefs and served with all the trimmings — locally baked soft white rolls, hot new potatoes, stuffing, coleslaw and our own Harty apple sauce. A guaranteed crowd-pleaser and a centrepiece that sets the tone for a brilliant corporate evening.

What could be better than a cold drink at the end of a productive day? You’ll find our bars well-stocked with Kentish wines, beers and spirits alongside branded favourites, cocktails and mocktails made with homegrown botanicals, and a wide selection of non-alcoholic drinks.

For events that call for a drinks reception, our team can arrange everything from bubbles and Pimms to wheelbarrows of icy beers, to winter mulled wine, all served from a fireside table or lovely vintage cart.

Finishing Touches

Every great corporate event deserves a cake – and what office doesn’t love cake. Ours is a chocolate brownie cake with cheesecake icing, and it’s just one of the tasty finishing touches you can add to your event.
