Come to the Table
On select dates throughout the year, we open our doors to everyone for pop-up dining occasions and overnight stays – good food, good company and a proper taste of the estate.
What to Expect
Pop-up dining is a chance to enjoy the estate at its best – the waterside views, the homegrown produce and a relaxed meal that’s shaped by the season.
Every menu is a relaxed 2 or 3 course set menu, created with what’s ready to crop from the Kitchen Garden and what feels right for the time of year. Alongside our own homegrown produce, we draw on the family farm, the wider estate and the best of Kent.
Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a link to pre-select your dishes from the set menu. It helps us harvest just what we need and make sure everything on your plate arrives at its very best – short food miles, picked to need and absolutely delicious.

Make a Night of It
Stay over in one of our 11 estate guest rooms and wake up to the Kent countryside, the sound of water birds from the Swale estuary and a Kentish breakfast. Rooms are available to book alongside pop-up dining (see dates), with dog friendly options for those who don’t like to leave anyone behind.
