Good food is at the heart of a great event, and with a long farming heritage and a passion for food provenance, it’s something we care deeply about. Our award-winning chefs create menus to suit any style of occasion – elegant seated dining, relaxed grazing, fun sharing food and a range of extra indulgences that really make an event feel special.

Our drinks are rooted in the same thinking. Alongside all the branded favourites your guests will know and love, we pour Kentish wines, beers and spirits, cocktails and mocktails made with homegrown botanicals, and a large and thoughtful selection of non-alcoholic options.

Our Food Ethos

Plot To Plate

It starts in our kitchen garden. Fresh seasonal produce, herbs and botanicals grown here on the estate, picked and brought straight to the kitchen. As local as it gets.

Field to Fork

Grass-grazed beef from our own family farm, wild game from the estate, quality meat and fish from trusted local producers, and foraged ingredients from the hedgerows around us. Flavour at its freshest.

Grain To Glass

Three types of grain grown on our surrounding farmland, harvested and taken to the local Copper Rivet Distillery to be crafted into award-winning artisan gins, vodka and whisky. From our fields, to your glass.

From elegant three-course dining to relaxed sharing food, there is a dining style to suit every occasion and every group.

Two & Three Course Dining

Sit down together for a meal to remember, with two or three courses of creative, seasonal cooking by our award-winning chefs. Expect a generous choice of dishes, options for little ones and all dietary requirements catered for. Proper food, for a proper occasion.

Grazing Table

A generous and beautiful spread that lets everyone eat and celebrate at their own pace. Cheeseboards with crackers, meat platters, fresh fruit, chutneys, filled rolls and savoury plates, all laid out and ready to enjoy. A relaxed alternative to a sit-down meal, and just as impressive.

Kentish Hog Roast

Few things bring people together quite like a hog roast. Our signature Kentish hog is slow-cooked to perfection by our chefs, then served with locally baked soft white rolls, hot new potatoes, stuffing, crackling, coleslaw and our own Harty apple sauce. Proper crowd-pleasing food.

Fun Sharing Food

For something a little more relaxed and informal, our sharing food options are always popular. Stone-baked pizzas, build-your-own fajitas and more - fun, flavourful food that brings people together. Indulgent Extras

Surely every great celebration deserves a cake – and ours is something special. A signature chocolate brownie with cheesecake icing that looks as good as it tastes.
