There’s A New Era At The Ferry House
For many years, The Ferry House was a place people came to eat, drink and spend time together. We welcomed so many wonderful guests through its doors, and we’re grateful to everyone who made it part of their lives.
Things have changed here, and we wanted to explain what that means for you.
What The Ferry House Is Now
The Ferry House is now part of The Harty Estate – an exclusive hire wedding and events estate in the Kent countryside beside the Swale estuary. The estate hosts private weddings, celebrations and corporate events, with accommodation and dining designed around each occasion.
The Ferry House itself lives on as a private pub within the estate – full of the same character, period features and warmth it always had. It’s now available exclusively as part of weddings and private events.
Still Open on Select Dates
If you’d like to experience the estate and its food, we open our doors to the public for pop-up dining and overnight stay occasions on select dates throughout the year. Menus are seasonal, relaxed and rooted in the estate’s own produce.
