We recommend you provide the following decor:
Card Box
When guests arrive, the first thing they want to do is drop of their cards. We recommend you place your card box in the private pub, or in the corner of the barn. You may be interested in our vintage post box.
When your wedding day is over our team will make sure you or a parent have all your cards and gifts to take home, or to bed with you. They will make sure they have all been collected before you leave, to ensure we’re not left responsible for your precious gifts.
Table Plan
The bigger, the better! We have a beautiful rustic easel where you can mount your table plan. It’s fully adjustable to take any size. We find cardboard with a bit of weight to it tends to be better. Too thin and it can blow off, if there is a breeze from outside.
Your table plan will be positioned in the entrance to either Hop Barn or Spring Barn. We have also set up table plans outside before, especially if they are a focal feature.

We love the audio guestbook! Not only does it provide lots of laughs, and collects truly unique moments from your day. Complete with a ‘how to’ guide and ideas for what to say, it’s perfect for listening back when you want to reminisce.
Wedding Postbox – £40
A stylish and sentimental idea! Perfect for guests to post cards, notes, and gifts on your special day. The Royal Mail collection times card can easily be swapped for a personalised note or instructions.
Alcohol Favours – From £3.50 per favour
Food and drink favours always go down well! These are a great way to personalise your day with your favourite tipple, or showcase spirits from Kent, including some made with grains from our family farm. Soft drink options are available from £2.50 per favour.
Rose Garden Firepit – £300
Cosy up, toast marshmallows, and enjoy a chat around our Rose Garden Firepit as the sun sets over the estuary. Blazing for four hours, and manned by our friendly team, the fire pit is available to all weddings from April-September.
Courtyard S’Mores Package – £150
Our courtyard fire is included with every Spring Barn wedding, and will be lit throughout the year (weather permitting), safely enclosed with a fire guard. For an extra touch of fun and sweetness, you can upgrade it with our S’mores package, with the fire manned for two hours and serving tasty treats between 8pm-10pm. Available from 1st March to 31st October.
Tractor Arrival – £250
Arrive in true country style with our Vintage Red Tractor. Available for trips from Harty Church or Mocketts Farm Cottages. There is a maximum of 10 adults per trip, but multiple trips can be made.
Getting ready on-site but still want the tractor for photos? We can park it up all day for £150.
LED Dancefloor – £500
The ultimate way to get guests on the dancefloor. Our White LED Dancefloor is a real crowd-pleaser for anyone who loves to dance.

Signature Cake – £280 (100 portions)
A cake with a difference: Belgian chocolate brownie covered in your choice of flavoured icing – orange, salted caramel or malted white chocolate cheescake. Three deconstructed tiers, decorated with your flowers or seasonally available garden foliage.
Last Night Bites – £5 per person
End the night with late-night bacon rolls, served at 11:30pm.

Top Tables
Top tables are 76 cm wide and 206 cm long. They seat 3 to 4 guests at each table.
Feature Top Table
The feature top table measures 228 cm wide and 206 cm long and seats up to 10 guests.
Round Tables
Round tables are 5ft for 8 guests or 6ft for 10 guests.
Rustic Dark Wooden Table
Rustic dark wooden tables are 6ft x 3ft and are typically used for cake, card, or gift displays.
White Clothed Table
These are 3ft x 3ft square wooden tables. They can be supplied with or without a white linen tablecloth, but you must confirm this in advance at your itinerary meeting.
Registrar Table
The registrar table measures 5ft x 3ft.
Oak Gazebo
The gazebo has seven sides, each 206 cm in length, giving a total length around the gazebo of 1442 cm.
Hop Barn
The Hop Barn measures 14m x 8m.
Hop Barn Patio Doors
The curtain rail to floor height is 208cm, with a width of 165cm. There are 4 sets of doors.
Hop Barn Windows
The rail to windowsill height is 152 cm and width is 102 cm. There are 2 windows.
Hop Barn Door Leading to Spring Barn
This door is 229 cm high and 152 cm wide.
Hop Barn Pillars
There are 6 pillars in total (3 pairs). From the walls to the first pillar is 203 cm, the aisle between pillars is 323 cm, and from pillar to pillar is 343 cm. Pillars are 2.3m high and 28cm wide. Fairy lights span the top of the beams and spiral down the pillars.

The opening at the top has a diameter of 16cm, the height is 19cm, and the base width is 12cm.

Rose Garden Fencing
Each Rose Garden fence panel is 175cm wide. There are 3 sections of fencing: one with 2 panels, one with 3 panels, and one with 4 panels.
Rose Arch
The rose arch is 142cm wide and is the only entrance to the wedding patio area.
Flat Wedding Lawn
The flat wedding lawn measures 30 ft x 27 ft, making it ideal for hiring a bouncy castle or similar.

Wedding Patio Area
The wooden fence to the marquee is 14.4 m, and from the Hop Barn doors to the wooden fence is 11 m. Spring Barn dimensions and the new patio spaces will be added once the build is complete.
DECOR DROP OFF
We’ll arrange a meeting with you to drop off your decor, usually 2–7 days before your wedding. Here you’ll meet with a member of the team who will be setting up the venue on the morning of your wedding.
Please bring everything except cut flowers, your cake, dresses and suits – we’ll walk through where you’d like it all to go.
This might include the following, if part of your styling: Table plan, table number/name cards, centrepieces and table decor, name place cards, activity packs for children, decor for the registrar signing table, card box, guest book and pen, order of the day signage, or any other decor pieces or personal touches.
Please make sure your decor and wedding items are removed by 10am the day after your wedding. If you accidentally leave something behind, we’ll let you know and keep it safe to collect within the next week.
ROAD SIGNS
If you’d like to put up signs up along the road to us, you’re very welcome, however please make sure you follow these instructions.
Please don’t put up signs before the day of your wedding. We recommend wooden signs – they hold up better in the wind and they’re in-keeping with the natural beauty of the landscape. Paper or card signs normally flap around in the wind, and are difficult for your guests to read.
Please include your names, not just ‘Wedding’ (there might be another wedding at the church).
Please don’t trespass to put them up, stick to the junctions we’ve marked here, and at the junction turning off the main road.
Finally, please make sure you take them down when you leave.
