You’ll get to know our wedding team well over the course of your planning, and we think that’s one of the things that makes the experience here feel so personal. They’re warm, down to earth and with over 25 combined years of experience at The Harty Estate, this is a team that lives and breathes weddings.

But experience only means something when it comes with care, and this team brings both in equal measure. From your very first enquiry, you’ll feel like your wedding is the only wedding. And on the day itself, the team is there making it all happen – quietly and unobtrusively in the background, anticipating every detail while giving you the space to enjoy every moment of the best day of your life.

Tasha

Tasha started as a waitress on our weddings and has worked her way up to now lead the team. Over a decade of experience means she knows every corner of the estate inside out. Bringing ideas, energy and confidence, she always has the best possible experience in mind for every couple. She will likely be one of the first faces you see on a viewing, and we're positive you'll feel in very good hands.

Georgina

Georgina joined The Harty Estate team as a waitress for our weddings, after returning to work having started a family. After showing her passion and potential, she was asked to join the weddings team and is now our Wedding & Event Supervisor. George brings a bubbly energy to everything she does. She loves all things weddings and no question is too big, or too small. Her warm, can-do nature means couples always leave feeling well looked after. You will likely meet her on your first visit when you come for a personal viewing.

Sam, Maxine & Emilia

Our amazing Wedding Coordinators and Venue Hosts. You will meet Sam, Maxine and Emilia from your second planning meeting, and after your final planning meeting, one of them will take the lead on your wedding day - becoming your main point of contact from that point on. They are on hand for whatever you need in the run up to the big day, which means that when the day itself arrives, they know your wedding inside out and are ready to make it happen.

Ellie

Ellie started at The Harty Estate as a table runner and, with years of dedication to all things weddings, is now our Wedding Planner. From wedding admin and menu tastings to hosting viewings and helping bring the venue to life on the morning of your wedding, Ellie is involved at every stage of the planning process. You will definitely speak to her at least once along the way. She's calm, collected and exactly who you'd want supporting your big day.

How We Work

Making your planning journey as smooth as possible

Throughout your wedding planning, you’ll more than likely get to speak to every member of our weddings team. Rather than assigning a single Wedding Coordinator from the moment you book, we like to double up on all elements of your planning. That way, if anything unexpected happens on your wedding day, such as illness within our team, someone is always ready to step in without missing a beat. Around six months before your wedding, your Venue Host will be confirmed and will become your main point of contact from then on.

The Harty Estate Team

Our wedding team are just the beginning. Behind every great wedding at The Harty Estate is a whole estate pulling together – from the garden team keeping the grounds looking their best all year round, to housekeeping making sure every guest enjoys a comfortable night’s sleep. Our chefs put a whole lot of love and care into every dish, and our front of house team are there to welcome you and your guests every time you visit. Everyone here plays their part in making your day what it is.

A fully guided experience making it as easy as possible for us along every step of the way. Extremely helpful staff throughout the whole process and made us feel supported and calmed our nerves. The venue is visually amazing and all of the staff take it to another level! Another simple, but major thing was how well we were welcomed every time we visited. Every member of staff welcomed us in such a friendly manner and immediately offered us drinks whilst we waited. It made us know we’d made the right decision every time we came back.

Firstly our wedding cordinator, Sam... She was amazing from the start, to our special day. It was lovely meeting Sam in person for all our meetings, and she also got back to us so quickly with any queries we had. The Harty Estate team as a whole were all so lovely and nothing was ever too much trouble. It was the little gestures that went a long way for us. Our wedding day went perfectly and was everything I could imagine, and that was a massive thanks to The Harty Estate team.
