Planning your wedding should be just as exciting as the day itself. We’ve spent years making sure it is.

Our weddings team knows the barns, the grounds, the suppliers and how to make a day flow beautifully – and they bring all of that to every couple they work with. They help shape your ideas, support you through the logistics and give you the confidence to actually enjoy the journey.

No two weddings here are the same, and no two couples are treated as if they are.

Tasha

Tasha has been part of the estate for over a decade. She leads the weddings team, brings great ideas to make the venue the best it can be, and quietly makes sure everything works. You're in good hands with Tasha.

Georgina

Our Wedding Executive and 'Employee of Year' winner for 2025 for her limitless passion and work ethic. You're likely to meet Georgina during your personal viewing and in your early wedding enquiry stages.

Sam

One of Wedding Coordinators and Venue Hosts. You'll meet either Sam, Maxine or Emilia from your second planning meeting, and they'll be with you on your wedding day itself, ensuring it runs just so.

Maxine

Another of our wonderful Wedding Coordinators and Venue Hosts. You'll be with either Maxine, Sam or Emilia from your second planning meeting right through to your wedding day.

Ellie

We wouldn't be without our Wedding Planner. Ellie works across everything: in wedding admin, planning menu taster evenings, hosting viewings and helping set up decor on your wedding day.

Personal Planning Support

You'll have the support of our friendly, experienced team through up to three personal planning meetings - giving you guidance, reassurance and clarity as your plans come together. From the big decisions to the finer details, these meetings are designed to make planning feel enjoyable, leaving you free to focus on the excitement of your wedding day.

Your final planning meeting will be with either Sam, Maxine or Emilia, who will also be your Venue Host on the day. By the time your wedding day arrives, they know you, they know your plans, and you know them. It makes a real difference.

Planning Portal & App

Your planning journey is made even easier with Sonas, our digital planning portal with app. It keeps all your notes, timelines and documents in one place - accessible anytime. It’s a practical, reassuring tool that helps you stay organised without adding stress.

Menu Taster Evening

The part of wedding planning our couples most look forward to. Included in all full day wedding packages, your Wedding Taster Evening is a relaxed visit to the estate to sample and choose your dishes and wines ahead of your big day. Bring friends along for a second opinion, or keep it just the two of you.

On Your Wedding Day

By the time your wedding comes around, your Venue Host - Sam, Maxine or Emilia - knows your plans inside out. Every detail, every preference, every small thing that matters to you.

Your Wedding Planner - Ellie - is there at the start of the day, setting up your décor and making sure every space looks exactly as you planned. Together, your day is well looked after.

Trusted Suppliers

We have a group of suppliers we know well and trust - photographers, florists, hair and makeup artists and more. They know the estate, the team, and they share our high standards for creativity and reliability.
You're also welcome to bring in your own suppliers. We'll work with whoever you choose.
